    I was awarded my master degree as a first class honours in Solid State Physics from the K.N.Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2006.
    During my studentship in K.N.Toosi University I had attended several courses such as Advanced Solid State Physics, Advanced Quantum Mechanics, Semiconductors Devices and Material Characterization.

    While doing my master I had employed as a visiting lecturer in Azad University, lecturing undergraduate courses where undertook modules as: Basic Physics, Electromagnetics, Classical Mechanics and Waves.

    In 2006, after graduation took a position in Materials Research Centre as a research associate in Advanced Materials Group, Tehran.

    Continuing career appointed a visiting lectureship and research associate in Physics Department at the K.N.T University of Technology where I was advising few Master students for their thesis in Thin Film Lab, concentrating on nanomaterials and nanocomposites principally for electronic applications.

    In 2012, granted a fellowship for Ph.D. studentship and since then I have been working in Nitride Materials Group, Tyndall National Institute, Ireland, as a postgraduate research assistance, focusing on epitaxial growth, fabrication and characterization of III-Nitride semiconductors for optoelectronic applications.
    From 2015 I have been working on and leading a project which funded by Intel Co. since then we have joint the Irish Photonic Integration Centre (IPIC).

    My research expertise is into the development of thin films, nanomaterials, material characterization and particularly interested in the growth, fabrication and characterization of nitrides and other related compound semiconductors for photonic and electronic applications.

    Key areas of my interest are: Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), Photovoltaic, Bio-sensors, and High Speed Electronic and Optoelectronic Devices.
